- Owing to fluctuations in the prices of raw materials etc., all prices are subject to alterations.

- SPECIFICATIONS:
All pictures are representative of items on sale, and there may be slight variations in the size or shape of products in the starter packs. Mixed packs may vary depending on the stock available. Descriptions of size, dimension and (approximate) weight are given in good faith. However, Plastic Solutions UK does not guarantee that the information will be error free. We reserve the right to modify and correct errors at any time. Also, in the sizes of plastic welding rods themselves there is a tolerance of +-0.3mm. This slight variation in size is an acceptable and normal part of the manufacturing process.
- In the unlikely event that any item is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us at Plastic Solutions UK within 30 days of receiving the goods, giving full details and date of the order and invoice number. Products must be returned within 30 days and it is necessary for you to keep proof of posting in case the returned products do not reach us for some reason.
- Depending upon availability, items will be replaced, or a full refund will be given.
- In the unlikely event of Plastic Solutions UK supplying you with an incorrect order, you may contact Plastic Solutions immediately, providing full details and date of the order and invoice number. Plastic Solutions UK will do their best to rectify the situation as soon as they can.
- In the event that a Plastic Solutions UK product is mistakenly listed at the wrong price, Plastic Solutions UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for those products so listed, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged, and will inform you of the error. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Plastic Solutions UK will issue a credit to your credit card account for the full amount of the incorrect price.
4. Returns
Returns policy - Unwanted items should be returned within seven days of delivery in the UK, or 30 days for international shipping. We cannot refund any item(s) that are returned to us in a used condition. You will be responsible for the postage charges both ways. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Even if P&P is free, the original postage cost will be deducted. We supply a seven-day money-back guarantee.
Please note that if a buyer neglects to pick up his parcel from the post office and the parcel is returned to Plastic Solutions UK, and the buyer still wants the parcel, he or she must cover the shipping cost to have the parcel re-sent.
